Festival Teluk Jailolo

We made FTJ’s social media as customer service so that people can ask any information regarding the festival.
Overview :

Our client wanted to promote their event through social media, so we chose social media platform that is suitable for the event which are Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. Each platforms has its own program that connects with one another. We also worked alongside travel buzzers to help promote the event through the social media platforms by creating a video-testimony about past Teluk Jailolo Festival. We also did a segment where our buzzers hijacked FTJ’s Twitter account to update the followers about their experience at the previous festival. We also created a Facebook apps in the form of a quiz where winner gets free ticket and accomodation to FTJ. We made FTJ’s social media as customer service so that people can ask any information regarding the festival.
